An object weighs 20 n on surface of the earth . what would be its weight when measured on the surface of the moon and also find the mass on earth and moon ? (g on earth is 10 m s - 2 and on moon it is 1/6th of this value)

w = m *g

20 = m*10

m = 2 kg in earth

weight on moon = 20/6= 3.33 kg

mass on moon =  20/1.6 = 12.5 kg
