first of all convert the temperature in kelvin, 27 degree celsius = 300 kelvin

use formula P1V1/T1=P2V2/T2

open flask so pressure =1atm

V1/T1=V2/T2      .........equation (1)

let volume of flask or initial volume = V

ten final volume = v+v/3 =4V/3

putting values in equation (1)

V/300 = 4V/3T

T=400Kelvin or 127 degree celsius
