Mass of Oxygen in above compound = 16×3 = 48

let atomic mass of Metal = x

Total mass of compound = 2x + 48

According to the question ,

32% of ( 2x + 48 ) = 48

32 × ( 2x + 48 ) / 100 = 48

32 × (2x + 48 ) = 4800

2x + 48 = 150

2x = 102

x = 51
