A+B+C=180(Angle sum property)

20+40+B=180

B=180-60

B=120

BX is bisector thus, Angle XBC=60

in triangle XBC

X+B+C=180(Angle sum property)

60+40+X=180

X=80

Thus, X=80 and B=60

now, we know that side opposite to greater Angle is greater, thus BC is greater than XC
