Another deep question for deep thinkers.
If you had the chance to one system of government throughout the world, would it be pure democracy or iron-handed autocracy?
Pure democracy means that every person in the world votes for every decision, like when to hold meetings and stuff.
Would you put in democracy, risk corruption, have less control over anything, be shamed for the cofee brand you use, but have free will to retaliate too?
Or would you rather enforce autocracy, ensure law and order, have total control of everyone, stop all crime, but rob people of their identity?
A big question merits a big answer. So don't give just a one line or two line answer. Explain in a whole paragraph or two.

Ahoy UD!
Nice question ^_^
The answer to your query:-
Your question basically has two options,
➡One to choose democracy , which is considered as the best form of govt inspite of number of demerits and arguments against it and many countries in the world presently are trying to attain democracy, have attainted it or showing that they had attainted it even if they hadn't!
➡Another is to choose iron handed autocracy or we can say autocratic govt , which we are taught that in most cases it had proved itself to be humiliating and suppressing for the local citizens. May be in some cases it can have some benefits too.
Now , According to the question :-
▶What would I choose if I had given the chance?
Well , Obviously I would choose Democracy!
If why is your question, then here is my answer :-P
I would choose Democracy beacuse in my straight opinion whatever there are demerits of democracy , it has some merits which rule over the demerits. It may not ensures peace but I ensures rights. It may not ensures a full stop to crimes but it ensures the dilemma against crimes. And yes , even if it risks corruption or I would be ashamed of delayed development ,. I would be choosing it. If crimes under it undergoes it also has shield called judiciary against it. If false decisions are made it has a sheild against it called legislature.. And the most important thing it gives people rights, which satisfies them as the citizen of their countries..
▶Why haven't I chose autocracy?
Well, I genuinely don't believe that autocracy will ensure any official law and order or have total control on crime. Even the fun fact is, who will stop the crime if the autocrat is itself a criminal. Or who will mantain law and order if the autocrat itself is corrupted. It gives no rights to people, have suppressing orders on innocent people. And as far as I am concerned till now I haven't seen autocracy developing the nation anyhow.. That's why
✖a big No to Autocracy from my side
hope you are satisfied with my answer!
Cheers
