As the other line should intersect it can be coincident lines..
a1/a2=b1/b2=c1/c2
5x-2y=-4
ax-by=k
let a,b,k be the variables and constant in the equation respectively..
5/a=2/b=-4/k
a can be 10
b can be -4
k can be -8
so that a1/a2 can be 1/2 ..
hence the other equation is 10x-4y+8=0
