1) Given circumference of base = 440
=> 2πr = 440 (since, circumference = 2πr)
Taking π as 22/7,
2 × 22/7 × r = 440
=> r = 440 × 7/44
=> r = 10 × 7
=> r = 70 cm
So now height = 50 cm and we have to find the volume
Volume = πr²h
=> Volume = 22/7 × 70 × 70 × 50
=> Volume = 22 × 10 × 70 × 50
=> Volume = 770,000 cm³
Answer :- 770,000 cm³ or, 0.77 m³
2)We have to first find how many m³ of wheat can be stored in it.
So volume = πr²h
=> 22/7 × 1.4 × 1.4 × 1.5
=> 22 × 0.2 × 1.4 × 1.5
=> 9.24 m³
Now, one gunny bag can store 0.21 m³ of when So, number of gunny bags required
= 9.24/0.21
= 44
Hence, 44 bags are required
