Hi..
Water in plants is transported by Xylem and its components..
Organic materials/food and other substances are transported in plants with the helps of phloem tissue and its components..
Xylem and Phloem together are called vascular tissue of the plant..

1) Plants transport water with the help of Xylem .Xylem transports water from roots to leaves .

2) Plants transport food and other substances with the help of Phylum tissue .It transports food from leaves to other parts of the plant .
