the equations formed will be:

2a+b+8 = 4a-b
2b = a+4

now the values of a and b
4a-2a = b+b+8
2a = 2b+8
2a = 2(b+4)
a = b+4

in the second equation
2b= a+4
a = 2b-4
now,
2* (b+4) + 2*(b-4) = 360
2*((b+4)(b-4)) = 360
((b+4)(b-4)) = 180

 {b}^{2}  - 4b + 4b \:  - 16 = 180
now ,
 {b}^{2}  - 16 = 180
 {b}^{2}  =  196(180 + 16)

b \:  =  \sqrt{196}
 \: b \:  =  14
now putting the value of b in the equation.
a = 2b-4
a = 2*14-4
a = 28-4
a = 24
