Hey mate!

here is your answer:

The acid which has more Hydrogen ions is strong acid whereas the acid which has less hydrogen ions is weak acid.

The base which has more OH ions is strong base whereas the base which has less OH ions is weak base.

weak acids those acids which ionize partially dissociates partially and forms less H^+ ions in aqueous solution are called weak acids

strong acids are those which ionize completely ,dissociates completely and forms more H^+ ions in aqueous solution are called strong acids

Strong base which ionize completely to form OH^- ions in aqueous solution are called strong base
