Answer A) *We can liquefy atmospheric gases by decreasing temperature to absolute temperature that is -273°C or 0Kelvin.
*We can increase the pressure very high to compress the gases to liquid form.
*We can also do both at same time by increasing pressure and decreasing temperature we can easily liquefy the atmospheric gases.
B)Dry is made up of CO2 which is a gas at room temperature and when we kept it on the surface it follows the sublimation process*(a process in which a substance directly convert from solid to gas or gas to solid without going into liquid state.)and directly convert into gas therefore it didn't wet the surface.
Hope it will help you.
Have a great day my friend.
