4x-1/3(x+1)=6(x+1/30)
or 4x-x/3-1/3=6x+1/5
or (12x-x-1)/3=(30x+1)/5
or 55x-5 = 90x+3
55x-90x= 3+5
-35x=8
x=-8/35
