2C DNA content in G1 phase
16 chromosomes in G1 phase.
at the end of S-phase, the chromosome number remains same while DNA content doubles
i.e., 16 chromosomes with 4C amount of DNA.
after G2, no change in chromosomes and DNA content.
After M-phase, DNA content reduces from 4C to 2C.
but no change in chromosome number.
