Hola there,

According to the question,

Height of cylinder (h) = 10 cm
Radius of base (r) = 3.5 cm

Total surface area = LSA of cylinder + 2(LSA of hemisphere)

= 2πrh + 2(2πr²)

= 2πrh + 4πr²

= 2πr(h + 2r)

= 2 × 3.14 × 3.5(10 + 2×3.5)

= 2 × 3.14 × 3.5 × 17

= 373.66 cm²

Hope this helps...:)
