I am not very good in handling change. In real life change come in due to ageing of the person, evolving society, changing technology, newer generation, increasing costs, challenges and targets.
I try to keep a positive view and also a pragmatic approach. I try to update myself by reading books and consulting the internet. I try to learn the newities and be ahead of others.
It is not easy to handle organizational changes. Especially when the changes do not favor me or please me. I try to keep optimistic hope for betterment. I comply with what's given. I will work hard to bridge the gap between new expectations and my current status and abilities.
However if and when the change is too tough for me I change into a more conservative environment.
If the change requires spending a lot of money then I have limitations. I have to review the status and find solutions.
