P is ammonium chloride which is a white solid and produces white fumes on heating.

Ammonium chloride on reacting with calcium hydroxide produces ammonia which is alkaline in nature.

2(NH4Cl) + Ca(OH)2 = (CaCl)2 + 2(NH3) (g) + 2(H2O).

T is Calcium oxide appears as a white solid on which adding water may results in liberating heat with production of calcium hydroxide as R.

CaO + H2O  -->  Ca(OH)2

Q is calcium which on reacting with air produces CaO

2 Ca + O2  -->  2 CaO
