∠Q = 80°
∠R - ∠S = 50°
∠P - ∠R - ∠S = 20°

Let ∠S = x
∠R - x = 50°
∠R = 50° + x

Now,

∠P - (50° + x) - x = 20°
∠P = 70° + 2x

Now,
∠P + ∠Q + ∠R + ∠S = 360°

70°+2x+80°+50°+x+x = 360°
4x + 200° = 360°
x = 40°

So,
∠P = 70° + 2x = 150°
∠R = 50° + x = 90°
∠S = x = 40°
