main example for this is Palarivattom Bridge construction in Kerala

• In Kerala The Construction for Palarivattom Bridge was approved

• but it took nearly 2 years for starting the construction

• there was availability of all essential resources and more than needed was present

• they constructed the bridge

• but it was utter flop even it does not satisfies the basic rules

• crores of rupees lost due to this

• It shows that development doesn't occurs if essential resources are available

• thus it shows an example for above mentioned question
