It seems that the widths of all rectangles are equal.  

Let the area of rectangle 1 , 3 or 5 = A
So the area of rectangle 2 , 4 or 6:  =  3 A
Total area = 3 A + 3*3 A = 12 A

Rectangle 2 occupies 1/4 of the whole game board.
Probability that the marble falls on rectangle 2 :   3A/12A = 1/4
