 \sqrt[4]{ \sqrt[3]{ {2}^{2} } }  \\  \\  \sqrt[3]{ {2}^{2} }
can be written as
 {2}^{ \frac{2}{3} }
hence,
 \sqrt[4]{ \sqrt[3]{ {2}^{2} } }  \\  =  \sqrt[4]{ {2}^{ \frac{2}{3} } }  \\
again
 \sqrt[4]{ {2}^{ \frac{2}{3} } }
can be written as
( {2}^{ \frac{2}{3} } ) {}^{ \frac{1}{4} }  \\  =  >  {2}^{ \frac{2}{3}  \times  \frac{1}{4} }  \\  =  {2}^{ \frac{1}{6} }  \\  =  \sqrt[6]{2}
Hope it helps dear friend ☺️✌️✌️
