1) A body is falling freely under gravity.how much distance it falls during an interval of time b/w 1st and 2nd seconds of its motion,taking g=10?
14 m
20 m
5 m
25 m
2) which shows the correct relation b/w time of flight T and max height H?
H=gT2/8
H=8T2/g
H=8g/T2
H=8/gT2
3) when two bodies move toward each other with constant speeds the distance b/w them decreases at the rate of 6m/sec.If they move in the same direction the distance b/w them increases at the rate of 4m/sec.Then their speeds are
5m/s, 1m/s
3m/s, 3m/s
6m/s, 1m/s
4m/s, 2m/s
4)distance covered by freely falling body in 2 seconds will be
4.9m
19.6 m
39.2 m
44.1 m

If the body is falling freely then the velocity at starting point is 0.
we have the formula of distance covered in Nth sec is =u+1/2a(2N-1)
then place the numners in this,
the distance covered in 1st sec is=0+2×10(2×1-1),because the acceleration here is gravity,
now if u solve it u will get 20 meters.
thats answer of 1st ques.
