Anu has a tendency to breathe through our mouth. She keeps falling ill very often. Why do u think so?

We know that when we breathe through nose the air we inhale gets purified step by step like first ,the hair present in nose purifies air by stopping larger dust particles and later it gets purified in our lungs but once we breathe through mouth the air doesn't get purified and it mixes with the food inside causing diseases often...!
