Answer:

This is a very hard question for me to figure. I could come up with several things but the answer would be different for each category and that, at least to me, is cheating.

My reasoning tells me that if it happens six time in a day, it has to happen 2,190 times in a year. (365 times 6). To answer the first part of the question, any holiday or date would work but it would not fit the month, week or day category, so, to me, I have to keep looking.

I think I have an answer that will work in all categories but I have to answer the question exactly as written. For example, the question does not say “it comes every year, every month, every week or every day”. Instead, it says it comes “in a year, a month, a week, and a day”.

My answer is going to be the letter “N”.

Year: The term what comes once “in a year” has only one “n”. Or we can say “January first” too, if you prefer.

Month: The Term twice ‘in a month” has two “n”s. Or we can use Crescent Moon if you prefer. All months have a Crescent Moon.

Week: How about Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and of course, every week has a weekend. That’s four times in every week and every week has the divisions that I specified.

Day: Morning, Noon, Afternoon.

These divisions are in every day and collectively, they have six “N”s.

I also have another solution.

Firsts

January first is the first day of the year! (once in a year)

January first, is the first day of the month of January and is the first day of a year (twice in a month)

January first is the first holiday of the year, the first day of the year, the first day of the month, and the first day of the first week. (Four thimes a week)

January first begins at midnight on the 31st of December, thus midnight on January first begins the first minute, of the first hour, of the first day, of the first week of the first. Month, of the year. (Six in a day).

I hope I have satisfied this question properly.
