ABCD is a rectangle is a midpoint of Ab prove that triangle ABC is an isosceles triangle.​

here is your answer mate:

in triangle DAE and triangle CBE

DA = CB (opp sides of rectangle are equal)

AE = BE  (given)

angle DAE = angle CBE (each 90 degree)

therefore, triangle DAE is congruent to triangle CBE by SAS test

therefore by CPCT

DE = CE

hence triangle DEC is isosceles as two of its sides are equal
