About a month ago, I sent a money order for Rs. 2000 to my brother Dr. R.L. Kapoor, 15-Park Road, Jodhpore. In fact, this should ordinarily have reached him by August Ist at the latest. But so far he has not received it. I have made inquiries several times at the local post office, where I booked the money order, but they are unable to tell me what has become of it.
