✨DICTATORSHIP : A form of government where the country is seized by a specific person called the Dictator . In Such form of government , the Dictator exercises complete authority. The citizens have no power to criticize or blame the ruler . They have no rights and equality . Everything is governed by the wishes of the Dictator. For example , Napoleon Bonaparte rose as a powerful Dictator in France .


✨MONARCHY : A form of government in which the rulers are heredity . That is the rulers are not elected by the people . The son of the king becomes the next ruler . This way , the citizens again do not have any right to elect their representatives . There are no rights given to the people. Everything is done according to the wishes of a Monarch . For example , louis XVI was a Monarch .
