apple tree do not grow in kerala and coconut cannot be grown in Kashmir. why?

Apple tree needs an cold climate.. where as coconut tree needs warm climate to grow. 

temperature is also required ....

Apple cannot grow in Kerala as the temperature there is too hot,coconut cannot grow in Kashmir as the temperature is too cold there......

hi there,
because both trees need favourable climate to grow as we know coconut usually grow in various region..while apple trees need cold climate to grow which is not seen in kerala..just like cotton plants grows in black soil only which is found in Maharashtra and many other place.hence plants nd trees grows according to their favourable climate..thank you.
