It is to be respectfully that I would like to draw your attention on this subject that I had a terrible bike accident yesterday. I was coming back from the institution to home that a car hit me while overtaking. I have sustained some minor external injuries but my physician has advised that there are some internal injuries that needs to be recovered, followed by further diagnosis. I may be recuperate by
proper treatment as early as possible. I will be back to school when I am fully recovered from the injuries.
I request you to consider my drastic situation and grant me leave for five days.
