Most humbly I wish to inform you that my mother has suddenly fallen ill and was admitted to the Civil Hospital. At this time, I wish to stay by her side at the hospital and help her in any way that I can.
Therefore, I request you to consider my request and grant me leave for five days, that is from 9th to 13th February 2022.
