Yes the 3 states of matter can be converted into other states . Factors that
convert them are temperature , pressure and various other processes like evaporation , compression etc . For example if u provide heat to ice which is solid it converts into liquid and further more heat eventually turns it into water vapour which is in gaseous form. Hope it will help.
