Are the sets A and B disjoint if A U B = (A - B) U (B - A) ? Answer with explanation

The union of A and B in vein diagram is equal to all the elements in set. And in {A-B} ans is all elements of A and same in {B-A} . So {A-B} U {B-A} = A U B
