Hey buddy,

Inclusiveness is needed as it arises awareness in society maintaing equality with the help of equity..

It's found in education mainly with the aim of testing and teaching the future generations with good values..

Valid arguments, you can find from UNESCO and UNICEF reports.

Hope its helpful for you ☺

Yeah,kind of

-Being included means mean many social groups like tribals have to sacrifice their customs and rituals in favour of more 'civilised customs'

-Society places certain standards for a person to be included, for eg:appearance

So,those who are outside this spectrum will be further marginalised

-When inclusiveness is emphasised more than other goals,it takes a high toll on society and hampers other aspects of development atleast in short term as it takes huge resorces which could utilised elsewhere
