You can say there are definite elements on earth but not completely..... actually as I said artificially elements are created in lab so there aren't really definite number of elements but approximately there are definite. Artificial elements are just made by removing or adding electrons, so you can say there are definite number of atoms on earth but not elements completely...( You are very curious mazito, I like that)..
