Give Away.

Basically, it means to give something to someone for free or something which is yours or you own it.

But in the Sentence it states that

He give away all his bad habits.

It's not fitting the definition.

But is also right an in meaning.

•.Fall out

It means to fall in an argument.

So the Sentence

Is absolutely right.

Get off

It means to let out or get out from something or to get away. Or release something.

So the Sentence is correct
