Answer:

Too many of us are not living our dreams because we are living our fears.” You will never achieve your dreams while you are living in fear. You must overcome your fears to live the life of your dreams. ... When you stop focusing on your limiting beliefs, your fears, you are able to see a path to your dreams.

Answer:

I'd say, yes. We are living dreams, if not ours, someone else's.

I was born and raised and still am in a very average Indian family. State syllabus schooling and then just like most of the other kids of my age, Engineering. I chose automobile engg and joined a private self financing college. The goal was to do transportation design and work on Big cars. Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche and GT-R (never comes with its manufacturers name) were in our dreams. Never seen even one in real. A HD FatBoy or an Indian Chief was a dream. I'm trying to tell you about a time when a Hero Honda Karizma was considered as a superbike.

Our colleges days were normal too. Everybody in the class had pretty much the same dream. After the course, as a warm up for Post Graduation in Transportation design, I joined a private college in Pune for a foundation course in the same. Got done with that and applied for IED, Turin. Turns out the fees is way more than we could afford, back to reality. A year later, with a friend, I started a performance tune up company, RedBandRacing. Gradually things changed, to the positive side, yes. :) I happened to buy a Triumph Bonneville T100 and my friend a Street Triple. We made friends with a lot of people in the superbike scene in Kerala, came up with a club. It started with a Benelli 899TNT, HD Iron 883 and our Bonnie and St3. The group grew. Today we are 38, ranging from Ninja 650, many HDs, BMWs, ZX14Rs, Hayabusas and Aprilias. We get to ride all of these and now in a position to authentically differentiate between Bikes, seeing a litre class bike was a dream once. Coming to cars, we get to work on, go on daily drives, drive around in supercars. Yes, the latest of Ferraris, Lamborghinis and you name it. Aren't we living our own old dreams? Or maybe someone else's dreams?

This is not a success story but just an example of how things can turn to your sides with just a feeble push from your within.

I still dream. I believe in them. I hope one day I'll share with you my success story here as well. ;)
