s square = 144

s = under root 144

s = 12 cm

then

p = 4s

p = 4×12

p = 48 cm. ans

here,. side of squares are equal..... (property)

therefore,

side= x cm

area= (side) ^2

144= x× x

144= x^2

√144= x

12= x

12 cm = side

now perimeter= 4× side

= 4× 12

= 48 cm
