Area = 129.5

 \frac{1}{2} bh = 129.5 \\  \frac{1}{2}  \times 14.5 \times h = 129.5 \\ h =  \frac{129.5 \times 2}{14.5}  \\  =  249 \div 14.5 = 17.17
