A = 1/2 * h * b
h' = new height is 1.05 h
b' = new base = 1.07 b
So A' = 1/2 * 1.05 * h * 1.07 b = 1/2 b h (1.07 * .105)
= 1.1235 A
(A'-A ) / A = 0.1235 => 12.35 %
