Arrange the following operations according to a data processing cycle and write the n
of the operation.

A person inputs data of 50 students containing their name, age and class.

Students' information is printed on a paper.

(ii) Students' information is copied on a CD

iv) Students' data is processed to find the no. ofstudents ofsame age. (See Lesson-2)

1). A person inputs data of 50 students containing their age, name and class
step 1. open the ms excel
then start to write heading
Age. Name. Class
put data
save file..... rename this file ...in your choice

2). Students information is printed on a paper
open excel file
select print option
select printer model
select how much print you need
then press OK

3). students information is copied on a CD

1st insert a cd drive to pc or laptop (external)
go to the path where your file is saved
select the file
press ctrl + c
then 2nd window.... were your cd folder is open....
go to cd folder and
right click on mouse and
save

4). to find the no of student of the same age

1. open the file
go to insert
pivort table
option
select all data
its going auto work
and next sheet it would give result to how much students are in same age
