Coping with loss :

We give up easily when we lose. We take it in our heart and keep feeling bad and drown in sorrow. We start feeling like a loser. We think that we can't do anything now because we have lost. We should try to forget what has happened and begin with a new life. If you have heard the thought 'Whatever happens, happens for your own good', believe in it. If something happens today, it will be better tomorrow. People should understand that nothing is going to happen if you just sit and cry. We should come up our sorrows and start a new, fresh life. But people just cry alone. When they cry alone, they think there is no one to talk to them and feel worse. People just don't understand that. When we forget the past and start a new life, we cope up with our loss and feel better. We should always encourage other people to not be like that and forget everything. That is the best thing. When something happens, we should be able to fight it ourselves. That's how we are going to learn and become better in the future and life. So don't just sit, get up and go start a new life!....
