As the name suggest "World Population day" is celebrated on July 11 every year throughout the world, which gives us the awareness of global population issues in the World. The event was established by the Governing Council of the United Nations Development Program in year 1989. The approximate date on which the world's population reached five billion people and it was on the public interest in Five Billion Day on July 11, 1987 . World Population Day basically gives us the knowlegde about the increase the awareness of the people on various population issues such as the importance of gender equality, poverty, maternal health and human rights and family health.
The increase in population may result in many disadvantages such as use of natural resources and production of wastes and many more.
