Dear Teacher,

As Head boy of the School, I would like to organize a Literature fest. This will help the school in many ways and it can be also a School event which will help raise funds for the school. 

First step we would need to take is to make a list of all the organizers that will help us organize the full event. All the students will need to help in organizing this event to make it a successful one.

For the literature Fest we can ask all the renowned publishers to contribute their time for our festival.  We will invite them and ask them to talk on different forums that will help the students of the school to learn or take some important life learning techniques.
 
We will have to ask the librarian to help us in contributing some books from the library for the fest as we will need to display books for the event. Since it is a Literature Fest, it is not complete without books. 

We need to have some sponsors so we attract more public to the event and make this event a open to all event. Through the sponsors we can have the word out and be recognized by all. 

Now for a literature festival we can not just have books and publishers as that will make the literature festival a bit boring so we need to add some entertainment like music and a small activity for the kids which will keep them entertained.

I would like you to allocate some budget for all this to happen.
