I Rahul Sinha is writing this letter to you for accepting the proposal of the medical camp which will be organised by the student wing of our locality.

We will create some camps where the doctors will give a free check up to everyone in our locality.

I was ahead of students wing inviting you to come to our medical camp and see how the process is going on.

Our Local MLA Tingu Neta has given me the responsibility of organising a

medical camp in our locality.

I have spoken to our housing complex secretary who would be allowing us to organise this medical camp in our community hall.

I have spoken to Dr. Tonic King who has agreed to visit our medical camp.

I would request all the members to contact their neighbours and other

relatives in order to create awareness about this medical camp.

Please make some informative posters and slogans which would be used in the camp.

I believe that all members will put their best effort to make this medical

camp a huge success for our Residents Welfare Association.
