velocity of sound wave is directly proportional to the frequency of sound wave .

so, as the velocity increases loudness decreases

As velocity of sound increses loudness of the sound decreases.

The amplitude (or basically loudness) does not depend on the speed of the sound wave, which is dependent on the wavlength and frequency of a sound wave, which in turn do not depend on the the amplitude of the sound wave.
