The surroundings of people such as trees, plants, buildings, rivers, lakes etc is called environment. People in different fields of knowledge i.e., history, geography, science use the word differently. They are of many types such as :- natural environment, that is trees and plants and all the gifts of nature; historical environment, like the environment of kings, queens and people of the past that is now in ruins; man- made environment, that is buildings, artificial lakes, computer, clock etc. We should protect our environment as if we destroy our environment, it will lead to pollution and we may die due to pollution. SAVE ENVIRONMENT ! SAVE LIFE!
