The elections were held and the meeting was made in Delhi on 9th December 1947.The effort of making the Constitution started.The Draft committee was set up under the chairman ship of Dr. B.R.Ambedkar and it's task was to prepare the final draft taking in account of all view points.
On 26th January 1950 it came in to force.
