We know that,

W = mg

where

W = weight and m = mass, g = gravitational force

as we know,

g = 9.8

so,

W = m×g

W = 80 × 9.8

W = 784 N

hence weight of astronaut on earth is 784 N

mass of astronaut on Mars will remain same because mass is a fundamental universal property.

Weight of astronaut on Mars = W = mg

where g = 3.7 m/s²

so

W = 80 × 3.7

W = 296 N

hence weight of astronaut on Mars will be 296 N
