There are 'n' number of theories about what could possibly be there future of our planet.
1. Rule of the Artificial intelligence.
2. Mass famine.
3. UV rays exposure which would cause mutations.
4. The planet would be engulfed by the sun.
5. It might leave its orbit and move to another system or maybe it could become a lonely planet.
6. All of the water might evaporate.
7. Cannabilism would once again revive due to shortage of food.
8. Nuclear wars would lead to mass destruction along with the survivors mutating.
