☸at 0°celcius i.e. at 273.15 kelvin temperature the solid ice and liquid water coexist.....

☸the heat supplied at this temperature is utilised to change the phase of solid ice to liquid water.

☸the temperature doesn't increase until and unless whole of the solid ice is converted into liquid water

☸once the complete conversion of phase (i.e. solid ice to liquid water) changes now whatever heat u supply will be used to rise the temperature
