time given between 3 am to 4 am so we know hour hand is in between 3 and 4
so let it's on 3
in analogue clock we got 12 numbers ...
complete circle=360°
movement in between any 2 numbers=360/12=30°
so as we know distance between one number to other number is 5 min
so movement every min =30/5 = 6°
now we have to know 36° angles between them
as we supposed hour hand is on 3 right now
and every min movement is =6°
so time taken to travel 36°=36°/6=6 min
at 3:15 there is 0° angle in between them
so at 3:15+0:06= 3:21 there will be an angle of 36°
